Especially uphill get very tired and heavy legs. After training, though, one feels extremely light. Also I am now able to go running with people who were previously too slow for me which helps me a lot.
Noticeably more difficult especially for aerobic power training with many repetitions. Burning sensation in the legs, however, no muscle ache the next day.
With the shorts, more difficult to stabilize the core Speed training: little difference when doing heavy resistance jumps, however, one cannot achieve the same speed as normal when doing jumps with lower resistance.
