    sportswear + extra weight för hockeyspelare

    Den sista matchen i LG Hockey Games mellan ärkerivalerna Sverige och Finland avgjordes på den sista dagen av turneringen.

    Sverige segrade med 1-0 och tog hem titeln av LG Hockey Games.

    Powerwear fanns på plats för att träffa intresserade av powerwear pants. För er som missade så kontakta oss så ordnar vi med en demonstration och kunskap om träning med vikter på detta nya sätt.

    Referens: Tennis

    As a Tennis Professional, I have worked with additional weight on the body in different ways (ankle straps, filled belts and arm straps) on searching for a way to enhance Performance, Speed, Strenght and Endurance.

    None of them has allowed me to be confortable enough to actually be able to practice at a normal level on a Tennis Court.

    Either the additional weight was moving, or it was to opressive to let the blood flow correctly. That is until I have tried the Hasanen trousers.

      I have tried them on all kind of training situations, on normal court training, running, free-running, mountain-biking and technical power and strenght training. And since the first day I was able to forget that I was actually wearing additional body weight.


    That is how confortable the trousers fit the body with 3 Kg extra weight.

    There is a possibility to put more weight on, but I tried it and it resulted in two much weight for Speed or Power exercises, although I liked it for Biking and Jump Exercises.

    You should be careful anyway the first days because the first trainings could cause muscular problems or Pain until the body gets used to the extra Kilos.

    Anybody can use the trousers for any training purpose, and enhance performance for probably any possible sport and after just 10 to 15 sessions start feeling that extra inch of Power and Endurance that could make the difference between losing and winning.

    So, I highly recommend the use of Hasanen Weight Trousers for anybody, professional or not, who wants to enhance Body Performance on any Sport.

    Referens: Backhoppning

    The Swedish National Ski Jumping Team has trained with the weighted shorts from Hasanen Power Wear since the summer of 2006.

     

      We have made great gains in the area of athleticism, especially with regard to muscular coordination. Also, there has been a noticeable improvement in speed and quickness.

     

    In the future, we intend to incorporate the shorts under the normal jumping suit in our technical training on the hill. We hope to achieve the same sort of success there as we have already attained in the gym.

    Referens: Motorcross

  • Running:
  • Especially uphill get very tired and heavy legs. After training, though, one feels extremely light. Also I am now able to go running with people who were previously too slow for me which helps me a lot.

  • Strength training using only own body weight:
  • Noticeably more difficult especially for aerobic power training with many repetitions. Burning sensation in the legs, however, no muscle ache the next day.

  • Coordination training:
  • With the shorts, more difficult to stabilize the core Speed training: little difference when doing heavy resistance jumps, however, one cannot achieve the same speed as normal when doing jumps with lower resistance.

    Referens: Badminton

    Evaluation of Hasanen Power Wear shorts for the sport of badminton. Thanks to this wonderful invention, it is possible for a badminton player to really optimize the strength training for his legs. You can wear them in a normal practice on the court and automatically work the muscles and cardiovascular system more than normal. Unlike simple weight training, one does not lose any coordination or agility on the court. In fact, the added weight helps to improve your movements.

     

      The result is a quicker and more dynamic player whose "one-step area" gets bigger. Another nice thing about the shorts is that they don’t negatively affect ones back, unlike normal weight vests.

       

    In my opinion, the Power Wear shorts are ideal training equipment for badminton at the professional level.

    hasanen powerwear till Sverige

    Vi kan stolt presentera hasanen powerwear som en ny produkt till den svenska marknaden.

    Ett av Powerwears plagg är ett par tighta short som har inbyggda mjuka vikter som i och med sin centrerade position på kroppen inte begränsar utövaren i balans eller koordination. Och som dessutom inte har den skaderisken som annan vikt-träning kan medföra.

    Shortsen finns med 1kg, 2kg eller 3kg vikt, som man själv kan anpassa till sin egen träning. Rekommenderat är att maximalt bära 3-5% av sin kroppsvikt.

    • Muskelstyrka: Istället för att bygga upp kroppen med statisk styrketräning så kan man med Powerwear bygga upp sin muskelstyrka i sitt utövande i sin specifika sport. Detta gör att det är exakt de muskler som du använder i din sport som du tränar.


    • Ökad Puls: Den ökade effekten av att använda Powerwear är slående. En lågintensiv träning som t.ex powerwalk blir mer effektiv. Tester har visat att 50min powerwalk med Powerwear motsvarar 90min träning utan.


    • Bättre förbränning av kalorier: För de som har som mål att tappa lite övervikt så är Powerwear ett bra alternativ då de hjälper dig att förbränna lite extra varje gång du använder dom. Vi har fått in massor av positiv respons från vanliga motionärer som har nått sina mål med lyckat resultat.
